ESG and sustainability website content
Turn approved material into clear website copy
Nitium helps businesses across India explain their sustainability work through clear website content. We organise approved policies, reports and progress information into a useful page structure, with draft copy and a claims checklist for your team’s review.
When this support is useful
-
Your website’s sustainability statements are scattered, outdated or difficult to connect to supporting reports.
-
You have an approved ESG report or policies and need concise public-facing explanations rather than another full report.
-
A proposed claim needs a clearer period, boundary, source or distinction between a commitment and a completed result.
What you receive
-
A page structure for the agreed audience and content scope.
-
Draft website copy based on the information your business can support.
-
Recommended links to relevant approved reports and policies.
-
A claims checklist recording supporting sources and points requiring clarification or approval.
The handover identifies open content questions. Website design and development are not offered by this content description. Any publishing arrangements are agreed separately.
What we need from your team
Share the current website, intended audience, approved policies and reports, relevant evidence and the people who will review the copy. Identify which documents and information may be made public. Management remains responsible for the accuracy of underlying information and approval of final claims.
How the work proceeds
-
Agree the audience, pages and purpose, including what should remain outside public content.
-
Organise the supplied material and identify claims with missing or unclear support.
-
Prepare the structure, draft copy and suggested source links.
-
Review with your nominated owners and hand over the agreed content with unresolved items identified.
Illustrative claims check
Fictional example—not a Nitium client result. A draft says, “We cut water use across our business.” The available evidence covers one factory during one reporting year. The checklist flags the wider business claim and asks the owner to establish a valid comparison, boundary and period. The copy should not claim a group-wide reduction merely because one site has a documented initiative.
What does a sustainability claims review cover?
Within this service, the review is an editorial check of proposed wording against supplied evidence: what is claimed, which period and activities it covers, and what the cited material supports. A policy or ambition is kept distinct from a measured result. Unsupported points remain questions for your team; they are not filled with stronger marketing language.
Scope and responsibilities
This is website-content preparation, not legal clearance, independent assurance or certification of sustainability claims. It does not guarantee that a claim meets every advertising or regulatory requirement, nor promise an outcome for reputation, customer acceptance or search rankings. Broader campaigns, social-media activity and specialist claims substantiation are not included in the service described here. New reporting or technical evidence work must be scoped separately.
What affects the scope and fee?
The number and purpose of pages, condition of source material, claims needing clarification and review responsibilities affect the work. Adapting an approved report differs from preparing copy where evidence is incomplete. Agree content, handover and any separate publishing arrangements before the fee and timetable.
Discuss your website content
Send a short, non-confidential outline of the pages you need, their audience and the approved material already available. You do not need to attach confidential records or sensitive personal information in the initial enquiry.
