About this notice
This notice explains how Nitium Advisory handles information from visits to nitium.in, website enquiries, and any available article-comment or member features. We are responsible for our handling of the personal information described in this notice. In this notice, “Nitium”, “we” and “our” refer to Nitium Advisory.

Information you provide
Our enquiry form asks for your first name, email address and a description of the support you need. Last name, company and industry are optional. Your message may include the reporting period, intended audience, target date, sites involved and other context you choose to share.
Please provide only what is needed for an initial enquiry. Do not include confidential documents, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in the form.
Article comments and member features
If you use a comment or member feature that is available on the site, Wix handles the content you submit and any account or profile information you provide to use that feature. Published comments, including media you attach, and any displayed name or profile image may be visible to other visitors. Please do not put confidential or sensitive information in comments or public profile fields.
You can contact us about information held through these features using the privacy contact above. Hiding a comment or member control does not itself delete existing comments or member records.
How we use enquiry information
Our team uses your details to review your request, respond to you and clarify the work you would like to discuss. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, we agree the scope and arrangements separately.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically enrol you in a newsletter or marketing list. We do not treat an enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.
Where enquiry information is handled
Our website and enquiry form use Wix. Form submissions are stored in Wix, and the name, email and company details provided are mapped to Wix contact records. Enquiry details are also included in a notification delivered to our business Gmail inbox.
Wix and Google process information as part of providing these services. Our Analytics account also allows the additional Google uses described below. These services may involve processing outside India. Their privacy information explains their own practices:
Cookies, website measurement and spam protection
The site uses Wix technology to operate the website and form. Cookies and similar technologies can support site functions, security and measurement.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are connected to the site. Google Analytics helps us understand website use. Collection of location and device details is enabled. Depending on the feature used and consent state, measurement can include visit and session information, approximate location, browser and device information, online identifiers, page views, scrolling, outbound-link clicks, site searches, video interactions, downloads and form interactions.
Our Analytics sharing settings allow Google to use data for improving Google products and services, including advertising tools; aggregated modelling and business insights; technical support; and recommendations for our business. The property's advertising-personalisation setting is enabled. No Google Ads account is currently linked to the property.
Our Wix Google tag integration uses advanced consent mode. Where analytics storage is denied, Google can still receive consent signals and measurements without analytics cookies for measurement and modelling. Declining analytics cookies therefore does not necessarily stop all measurement information being sent to Google.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. These settings may affect site functions and do not necessarily stop measurement that does not use cookies.
The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA and Wix spam protection to help detect automated abuse. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.

Google Analytics retention
Our Analytics property is set to retain detailed event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. For user identifiers, the retention period resets when there is new activity. These controls do not set an expiry for standard aggregated reports. This Analytics configuration is separate from our review of unsuccessful enquiries described below.
Keeping and reviewing enquiry records
We review unsuccessful enquiries after 12 months to decide whether they should be deleted. This is a review point, rather than an automatic deletion date for every record, and applies to unsuccessful enquiries rather than published comments or member records. Client records and records that need to be retained for a legitimate legal requirement are handled separately.
If you ask us not to contact you, we keep the minimum record needed to prevent further contact. This can include the email address or the organisation details needed to identify the scope of your request. That limited record is used to honour the restriction and is reviewed for accuracy and necessity.
Your requests
You can email contact@nitium.in to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or tell us not to contact you. Please identify the email address used for your enquiry and describe your request; do not send identity documents or other sensitive information unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.
We will honour stop-contact requests. We will handle deletion requests across the enquiry records and copies we hold, subject to any legitimate legal requirement to retain particular records and the minimum record needed to honour a stop-contact request. We may need to verify that the request relates to you or that you are authorised to act for the organisation concerned.

If you follow a link to another website or choose to use a third-party service such as WhatsApp, that service's own privacy information applies to your use of it.
