Collect bank branch and ATM data across relocations and shared premises

Before requesting a bank network's electricity records, reconstruct where each operation was based during the year and which physical source served it. A year-end branch list can hide a former address, a closed off-site ATM and records held outside branch administration.
Connect the operation to its premises and source
Keep three linked identities: the continuing operation, each physical premises and the electricity source covering that premises. Retain dated address labels and account aliases. One branch can use two premises during a move; two documents can describe the same source. Ask the source owner to confirm the relationship before treating either as an additional quantity.
The fictional schedule below starts after the reporting owner has confirmed the five source intervals and their coverage relationships. Customer-service dates are separate event clues. This guide does not choose corporate scope from opening hours, a lease or who pays the bill. Keep unresolved scope decisions pending and use the corporate inventory boundary guide for that earlier decision.
Reconstruct one fictional network year
The reporting window runs from 1 April 2025 to 1 April 2026. Every interval below includes its start and excludes its end, at midnight Indian Standard Time (UTC+05:30). A source-day means one calendar day for one distinct source. All identities, dates, quantities and confirmations are invented for this collection exercise.
Assume the stated records support each quantity and interval. The five sources cover only this defined electricity schedule, with no unlisted supply, common-service quantity or export. The hosted ATM detail is already inside its branch source. The support-office tenant quantity has already been reviewed; no allocation is performed here.
Branch A stays at the same premises
BR-A → P-A → S-A. Collection interval: 1 April 2025 to 1 April 2026. Expected: 365 source-days. Supported: 365 source-days and 60,000 kWh.
S-A includes the on-site ATM, ATM-A. Its 6,000 kWh sub-meter reading remains supporting detail inside the 60,000 kWh; it adds neither another source nor another quantity.
Branch B retains its old premises record
BR-B → P-B-OLD → S-B-OLD. Collection interval: 1 April 2025 to 16 September 2025. Expected: 168 source-days. Supported: 168 source-days and 18,000 kWh.
Customer service ends here on 5 September, but the confirmed collection interval continues through 15 September. Retain the old address in the history. Central finance's second copy of this same 18,000 kWh schedule is linked to S-B-OLD without adding it again.
The same Branch B gains new premises
BR-B → P-B-NEW → S-B-NEW. Collection interval: 1 September 2025 to 1 April 2026. Expected: 212 source-days. Supported: 212 source-days and 27,000 kWh.
Customer service begins on 8 September, after the confirmed source interval starts. Keep both premises for 1–15 September: the 15-day overlap involves two distinct physical sources. An account alias changes on 1 January 2026; both account references still map to S-B-NEW, so the change creates no extra source.
The off-site ATM closes before year end
ATM-OFF → P-ATM → S-ATM. Collection interval: 1 July 2025 to 1 February 2026. Expected: 215 source-days. Supported: 185 source-days and 5,500 kWh.
Records cover 1 July to 1 November 2025 with 3,000 kWh, and 1 December 2025 to 1 February 2026 with 2,500 kWh. November remains missing. Keep the closed ATM in the historical request; its year-end status does not erase this interval. Under the stipulated collection dates, April–June and February–March records are not expected.
The support office has no branch code
SUPPORT → P-SUPPORT → S-SUPPORT. Collection interval: 1 April 2025 to 1 April 2026. Expected: 365 source-days. Supported: 365 source-days and 18,000 kWh.
The landlord holds the separately supported tenant quantity, which excludes other tenants. Keep this source in the request even though a branch-code return would omit it. If shared-premises coverage is unresolved in a real case, use the shared-meter and leased-premises guide before accepting the quantity.
Let source identity determine the treatment
BR-B's two premises both contribute during their confirmed overlap. ATM-A contributes only through S-A. The finance copy contributes no additional S-B-OLD quantity or days. Shared dates or branch names cannot distinguish these cases; the dated physical-source map can. If the relationship is unconfirmed, hold the disputed addition for clarification.
Send the remaining request with an exact interval
Expected source-days: 365 + 168 + 212 + 215 + 365 = 1,325.
Supported source-days: 365 + 168 + 212 + 185 + 365 = 1,295. The difference is exactly 30 days at S-ATM, from 1 November to the excluded 1 December 2025 endpoint.
The administrative coverage ratio is 1,295 ÷ 1,325 = 97.7%, rounded to one decimal. It gives every source-day equal weight. It does not measure missing electricity, record accuracy or completeness beyond these five sources.
Supported partial electricity: 60,000 + 18,000 + 27,000 + (3,000 + 2,500) + 18,000 = 128,500 kWh.
Request S-ATM's November record from the ATM electricity-data owner, retaining the premises ID and any account aliases needed to find it. Keep the row open until the gap is resolved. Do not record missing November use as zero, annualise the supported quantity or scale kWh using the source-day ratio.
The result is a dated collection schedule with one named open interval. It does not establish full-network electricity use or a complete carbon inventory. For help preparing the records, call Nitium Advisory on +919322161562.
